You will work directly withcustomers, brokers, financial advisors and other departments throughout NewIreland.You will also gain experienceacross many different systems whilst also increasing your technical knowledge on pensions legislation!

In this role you will:

  • Be accountable for delivering brilliant service in every telephone and email interaction
  • Work with your team to deliver on both our service and customer experience metrics
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the pension products serviced and work as one team with other parts of the organisation
  • Communicate clearly and be solutions and customer focused and participate in individual and team activities
  • Process updating client requests onto our systems

What will make you stand out?

To be successful in this role youll need to enjoy talking to people and working in a team in a busy team environment! Youll need to be good at multitasking and enjoy variety in a role. You have experience dealing with customers in either a face to face or over the phone environment. You are solutions focused with strong problem solving and relationship management skills. You have an interest in financial markets, the financial services industry and a desire to build on this knowledge. Excellent customer focus with an understanding of customer needs. Highly organised with the ability to resolve queries and make decisions

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role;

  • Financial services or Life and Pensions
  • QFA/APA qualification or a willingness to work towards same

Supporting customers through the Retirement Journey is an increasingly important and competitive segment in which we want to deliver a market leading service. As New Ireland is heavily investing in transformation of our processes and services, this role presents the opportunity to strongly assist with the delivery of Retirement Services to a growing volume of customers.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
