Team/Role Overview

Reporting to the Global Head of Custody Implementations & Change, this role will be responsible for leading a team of project managers implementing change for our largest Custody clients around the globe. Managing delivery across two continents, the newly formed team supports clients in the Americas, Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa gain access to our Custody Services. Working with our Operations, Product and Technology partners to deliver seamless client onboarding and change, this role will lead a critical part of our client change capability.

What you’ll do

• Manage and lead a team of approximately 14 project managers across our Tampa and Dublin sites to deliver best in class Custody implementations and Change Management.

• Work with our global Product, Sales, Operations and Implementations partners to ensure seamless change delivery to our largest institutional Custody clients across the Securities Services product set.

• Identify key talent, manage the team’s development, capacity and ensure adherence to appropriate methodologies and standards

• Support product and client solutioning to ensure the implementation of robust operating models and minimise manual processing

• Provide oversight of the Custody implementations and change portfolio within the clusters to ensure governance, timely escalation and best-in-class delivery.

• Manage risks and controls to the highest standards of zero tolerance

What we’ll need from you

Given the criticality and client visibility of the role, the following skills and experience are essential for success:

• Significant experience in Securities Services in client facing roles preferably within Custody Services

• Extensive project/change management experience within Financial Services

• Experience leading, developing and managing multi-region, high performing teams

• Experience implementing, managing and leading change projects and programs for institutional clients

• Experience managing risks and controls in a highly dynamic environment

• Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed organisation

• Formal project/change management qualifications preferred
