Be CORU registered Have a minimum of 3 years full time (or equivalent) recent post graduate experience, 1 of which must have been in a hospice setting/ acute hospital setting and/ or primary care Clinical experience with palliative care or oncology patients Demonstrate a high level of competency in completing functional and seating assessments Demonstrate expertise in complex discharge planning and risk assessment Have excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills Experience with leading service development and quality improvement initiatives Experience providing professional supervision Evidence of continuing professional development, relevant to palliative care Full drivers licence Desirable: Experience with teaching and research.
