Advanced Specialist Pharmacist - Haematology / Oncology We are delighted to be partnering with a major Hospital to appoint an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist in Haematology / Oncology in this new, exciting role. Main Duties: Provide a specialist Haematology / Oncology Clinical Pharmacy service. Provide mentoring and guidance to members of the Haematology / Oncology Clinical Pharmacy team. Take a positive role in identifying and developing improvements to the service. Take a positive role in identifying and facilitating improvements to the IT systems. Provide input to Clinical Trials. Work as part of an MDT on wards, carrying out assessments, medication control + inspecting of controlled drugs. Requirements: Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) A minimum of 4 years post registration Clinical Hospital experience with a minimum of 2 years specialising in Haematology/Oncology Pharmacy services.
