Help Drive Quality in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist II
Imagine being part of a team helping to ensure pharmaceutical products are manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, providing hands-on Quality and GMP support across production, documentation, quality systems, validation, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of Quality within pharmaceutical manufacturing and enjoys working closely with operational and technical teams to solve problems, maintain compliance, and improve quality performance.
What you'll achieve (and why it matters)Provide Quality and GMP support to production and operational teams, including shop-floor activities.
Review and approve GMP documentation, electronic batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing data.
Support data integrity and ensure documentation meets cGMP and company requirements.
Support deviations, CAPAs, change management, equipment requalification, and other quality systems.
Provide Quality support for Process Validation, Performance Qualification, and Commissioning & Qualification activities.
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Your edge (desired, not required)Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
3+ years of relevant post-degree experience in a GMP environment.
Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, Quality, QA, QC, laboratory, technical, or regulatory functions.
Strong understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Experience with GMP documentation, batch records, deviations, CAPAs, or change management.
Exposure to validation, qualification, audits, or regulatory inspections.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Flexibility to work fully onsite in Swords, Co. Dublin.
