ESS are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for their customer site in Dublin. Overall responsibility will be the first point of contact for both ESS and the site with responsibility for the day-to-day performance and output and in alignment with agreed KPIs. The role will also include technical acumen, strong leadership capabilities to drive plant efficiency, team development and safety excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Technical Support Health, Safety & Compliance Operational Oversite Team Leadership & Development Requirements: Background in Mechanical / Electrical maintenance Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe work practices Experience of working within a high-volume production environment.
