Team\nSitting within the wider Quantitative Services group of EY, the Research & Development (R&D) tax team is a highly successfulteam of tax and engineering specialists who work on variety of high-profile clients. The team continues togrow from strength to strength working with cutting edge companies currently performing R&D in Ireland and also looking to invest in future R&D in Ireland.
The Opportunity\nThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join EY’s fast growing and highly successful R&D Tax practice. The team are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a growing and dynamic National practice. This position provides a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to widen their technical and business skill set while working within a professional services environment and proactively contributing to building a business.
Responsibilities\nThe R&D Manager / Senior Manager in EY’s business will be charged with helping clients identify, document, and support tax positions related to their R&D tax credits. The R&D Manager / Senior Manager will be a critical member of the R&D leadership team and will actively participate in the marketing and business development of the R&D practice, with an emphasis on growing the business. In addition, the R&D Manager / Senior Manager will develop and drive process improvement and team-building initiatives, maintain client relationships, and act as a source of guidance to other team members.
