Our client, Ireland's leading Electrical / Mechanical Engineering contractor are looking to hire a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for their Data Centre project in Belgium. Job Description You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting-edge projects. Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget. Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage. Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L. Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team Skill and Requirements Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential. Trade background for this role would be advantageous Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential 7 to 10 years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential. The successful individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas, and should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential. Excellent IT Skills essential Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential Rotation is 17/4 EU passport required Accommodation provided (shared) Skills: Mechanical Engineering Building services Data Centres
