PL Industrial Operational Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the Mid-Term Plan for the platform in coordination with RO industrial directors and site managers.
• Contribute to SPP (Strategic Product Planning) for process development.
• Propose footprint for New Project Approval.
• Define and update the technology roadmap for the platform.
• Lead Make-or-Buy analysis.
• Ensure the industrial strategy aligns with PG strategy.
• Contribute to the platform expert roadmap.

Platform Industrial Strategy

• Consolidate the Mid-Term Plan in coordination with industrial directors and site managers.
• Contribute to process development in SPP.
• Propose footprint for new projects.
• Update the technology roadmap.
• Lead Make-or-Buy analyses.
• Align platform strategy with PG strategy.
• Contribute to the platform expert roadmap.

Process Development, Standardization & Know-how Capitalization

• Manage the Platform Process PTMs.
• Develop and validate new process bricks following group procedures.
• Attend Industrial Validation Committees as needed.
• Support RAISE through process standard creation and reviews.
• Support benchmarking activities.
• Assist project teams with customer communication regarding platform processes/issues.

Capacity, Investment Plan & Performance Management

• Measure line capacity monthly and propose arbitration.
• Monitor industrial performance (TRP, NQC, Efficiency, cycle time) and share best practices.
• Consolidate surface and equipment needs.
• Provide input for line transfer and technology deployment projects.
• Validate investment plans and set priorities to optimize CAPEX.
• Contribute to supplier panel and standardization for machines and tools.
• Participate in Pre-SOCO & SOCO activities for the platform.
