Constellation Healthcare is expanding our multidisciplinary team across SouthDublin and is seeking passionate Speech & Language Therapists to deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services across paediatric and adult populations. This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to work with paediatric and/or adult clients requiring Speech & Language Therapy assessment and treatment. Paediatric appointments are delivered within a dedicated clinic setting, while adult appointments may be delivered either in-clinic or remotelyproviding flexibility for both clinicians and service users. Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations. Assess and manage communication, speech, language, feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties. Provide assessment and intervention for individuals presenting with FEDS and dysphagia. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Deliver paediatric therapy sessions within a clinic setting and adult appointments through clinic-based and/or remote delivery models. Provide assessment and treatment services to individuals referred for Speech & Language Therapy supports, helping to improve access to timely, high-quality care. Work with a varied caseload across paediatric and adult services, supporting individuals to achieve meaningful communication and swallowing outcomes. Monitor progress and adapt interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports and treatment records. Support individuals, families and carers through education, advice and clinical guidance. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure person-centred care. Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Essential Requirements Degree or Master's qualification in Speech & Language Therapy recognised by CORU. Current CORU registration. Eligible to work in Ireland. Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience working with paediatric and/or adult populations. Experience assessing and managing FEDS (Feeding, Eating, Drinking and Swallowing) difficulties and dysphagia is essential. Strong assessment, intervention planning and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience delivering person-centred interventions across a range of communication, language, speech and swallowing presentations.
