Technical Project Manager 12-Month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Manager with strong integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security experience, including Windows 11 upgrades, to join a high-performing IT function within a regulated financial services environment. Strong rate available based on experience. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and coordinating Windows 10 ? Windows 11 upgrades across ~300 VMs in a clustered cloud/virtualised environment. Managing batch deployment cycles and defining VM status checkpoints with stakeholder sign-offs. Aligning infrastructure teams across multiple geographies and driving cross-team collaboration. Tracking vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, and governance processes. Consolidating complex technical updates into clear stakeholder reporting. Coordinating production change windows, including out-of-hours deployments where required. Identifying blockers early and managing escalation pathways. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in technical project management/integration roles in regulated or financial environments. Strong technical knowledge of Windows, VMware, cloud infrastructure, and IT security principles. Hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure or OS upgrade programs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk escalation skills. Comfortable influencing teams without direct authority. Financial services experience is highly desirable.
