Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team full-time in Dundalk, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer receives a warm welcome and personalised assistance
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organising new stock in both the warehouse and the sales area
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation
• Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as required in a fast-paced retail environment
• Potentially take ownership of a specific area within the store, demonstrating initiative and leadership

Qualifications
