We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage all internal logistics, from receiving materials and related documentation through all internal flows, including storage in internal and external warehouses, to the shipment of final products. This role will be an onsite position at our Burnfoot facility with travel required to both our Letterkenny and Campsie facility. Responsibilities Manage and align warehouse operations across all three sites (Letterkenny, Burnfoot, Campsie). Coordinate all warehouse deliveries, internal transportation, and material flows (including Kanban, 2-Bin, Milk Run, Red Bins). Communicate and collaborate closely with DHL, logistics management, production, finance, and inventory analysts. Oversee receiving processes, resolve discrepancies, and manage corrective/preventive action plans. Manage material stocking, storage locations, spare parts, accessories, and external warehouses. Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts (including DHL warehouse), and ensure accurate inventory control. Manage waste processes, scrap locations, and coordinate with EHS on waste management and environmental compliance. Ensure efficient material delivery to production lines and proper information flow between warehouse and production. Support continuous improvement by analyzing slow-moving/unused materials, submitting improvement suggestions, and promoting standardization. Package finished goods and oversee the proper flow of materials from receipt to production. Monitor closure of work orders and ensure timely communication with production teams. Implement visualization systems to improve material management in production areas. Perform NC (non-conformance) analyses and drive corrective/preventive actions. Carry out all tasks assigned by the supervisor while maintaining company culture, customer focus, and continuous improvement principles. Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics. University degree in a technical or economic field. Valid driving license. Additional / Preferred Qualifications: Proficient knowledge of the English language. Proficient user of Windows and MS Office. Proficient user of MRP systems. Experience in problem-solving and project management. Knowledge of lean tools.
