Role DescriptionThe IT Network & Systems Engineer is a full time hybrid role based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity. The engineer will manage servers and systems, perform routine updates and patches, and oversee backup and recovery processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving network and systems issues, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to support their IT environments. The role may also involve documenting configurations, creating technical guidelines, and contributing to the planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements.
