Role: Graduate BIM & Digital Engineer Location: Onsite 5 days per week - Burnfoot, Donegal We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Graduate BIM & Digital Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for our projects. As a Graduate BIM & Digital Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting model creation, coordination, data integration. Your experience in BIM software, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment will be essential for excelling in this role. Within the Graduate role you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals to help you develop and progress your career in BIM & Digital Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of 3 D BIM models and digital deliverables under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in the creation of plans, sections, elevations, 3 D ISO views, and schedules for coordination, installation, and as-built documentation. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support the coordination of BIM models and digital data. Assist in identifying design clashes and potential conflicts using BIM coordination tools. Help maintain and update BIM content libraries and templates. Contribute to the generation of clash detection reports and coordination documentation. Extract basic quantities and data from BIM models for reporting and planning. Learn and follow established BIM workflows, standards, and protocols. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coordination workshops. Stay informed about current BIM trends, tools, and industry developments. QUALIFICATIONS A recent qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field) with exposure to Revit, 3 D CAD, or equivalent. Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Auto CAD, or Navisworks (coursework or internship experience acceptable). A basic understanding of BIM principles and interest in developing technical expertise. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes. Good communication and teamwork skills. Interest in construction, digital design, and multidisciplinary coordination.
