To assist Laboratory Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs in the day-to-day monitoring of trials. The position includes: Continuous improvement in test and price co-ordination between lab and Commercial Affairs. Responsibility for assisting Laboratory Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with monitoring of trials. Responsibility for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g. open status reports, commented results reports. Responsibility for Record Management logs, monitoring and coordinating the transfer of laboratory records to archiving. Responsibility for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager. Responsible for creating study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study e.g. communication / escalation plan, ICOLABS forms Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
