Responsibilities :

• Assist stores in picking and packing deliveries.
• Ensure that no stock leaves the store without the proper paperwork & signatures required.
• Carry out stock taking exercises as required.
• Use a forklift when required in accordance with standard forklift operating procedures.
• Be responsible for delivery of goods to customer sites.
• Ensure signatures are received on all paperwork.
• Ensure paperwork is returned to accounts Office.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle occasional customer queries at the collections counter.
• Have basic computer skills i.e. ability to use email and our sales and inventory system
• Will be open to variation in job role as required i.e. flexibility essential in line with needs of the company
• Must be a good team player, a good people person, have good customer service skills

Requirements :

• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience in similar role.
• Manual Handling Cert.
• Forklift licence is desired.
• A good level of physical fitness.
• Experience & Knowledge of electrical and plumbing products a distinct advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
