Internal Sales Executive - Are you an ambitious, results-driven sales professional ready to shape the growth of a leading European online retailer?Our client is expanding their Outbound Sales Department and looking for a Internal Sales Executive to take ownership of our outbound pipeline, drive revenue, and mentor junior talent. Internal Sales Executive Drive Growth: Proactively develop new revenue opportunities through structured outbound campaigns, high-level engagement, and disciplined CRM management. Lead & Mentor: Act as a senior contributor, helping to elevate team standards, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to leadership meetings. Collaborate: Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding, targeted campaigns, and high client retention. Impact Strategy: Provide actionable sales insights to senior leadership and drive KPI performance across prospecting, proposals, and conversions. What You Bring - STAMP 4 VISA 2-4 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of exceeding targets. Excellent spoken and written English, coupled with strong commercial awareness. Recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level.
