Qualified Solar PV Electrician AK Solar, trading as AK Home and Solar Ltd, is a family owned, 100 percent Irish owned solar PV company based in Julianstown, Co Meath, delivering the supply and installation of solar PV systems for domestic and commercial customers, particularly across the North East of Ireland. They are SEAI registered solar PV installers and Safe Electric approved electrical contractors, and they highlight a quality first approach using Tier 1 materials, completing installations with their own in house teams rather than subcontracting, with experienced roofers on the team who provide assurance around roof integrity after installation. Job Description: We are seeking a Qualified Solar PV Electrician to install and commission Solar PV on both domestic and commercial projects. We have a very attractive remuneration package for the right candidate. Salary is dependent on Experience and Qualifications. Min 3 years experience is desirable. Travel to projects in the following locations: Carlow Cavan Dublin Kildare Kilkenny Laois Longford Louth Meath Monaghan Offaly Westmeath Wexford Wicklow One installation per day required, some days you can be finished by lunchtime. Requirements Have a good work ethic and treat all customers with respect Have a permit to work in Ireland Min of 3 years commissioning Solar PV systems desirable Registered as a QC with Safe Electric ESSENTIAL SEAI registered as a solar PV installer desirable Full clean driving licence Start Date: End of January 2026.
