People Partner – Ireland & Northern Ireland
Are you a confident People professional who enjoys helping managers bring out the best in their teams?
We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to support our operations across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll provide practical advice throughout the employee lifecycle, coach managers through people matters and help create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
Ideally, you’ll be located within easy reach of Dublin and have the flexibility to travel to Krispy Kreme sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland when required.
This varied, hands-on role offers the opportunity to strengthen management capability, influence how we work and make a meaningful difference to our people.
What you’ll be doing Employee relationsYou’ll be approachable, pragmatic and confident in your judgement, with the ability to balance the needs of our people and the business.
You’ll bring:A CIPD or equivalent HR qualification would be advantageous, along with knowledge of UK & Irish employment law and experience within retail, hospitality, manufacturing or logistics.
