People Partner – Ireland & Northern Ireland

Are you a confident People professional who enjoys helping managers bring out the best in their teams?

We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to support our operations across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll provide practical advice throughout the employee lifecycle, coach managers through people matters and help create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Ideally, you’ll be located within easy reach of Dublin and have the flexibility to travel to Krispy Kreme sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland when required.

This varied, hands-on role offers the opportunity to strengthen management capability, influence how we work and make a meaningful difference to our people.

What you’ll be doing Employee relations
  • Providing first-line advice on employee relations matters
  • Independently managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
  • Coaching managers to resolve people issues confidently and consistently
  • Supporting investigations and formal meetings
  • Ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant decisions
Business partnering
  • Building trusted relationships across our Retail, Manufacturing and Support Office teams
  • Providing practical, focused advice to support business decisions
  • Identifying people risks and recommending effective solutions
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational change
  • Promoting effective people-management practices
The employee lifecycle
  • Supporting recruitment, offers and onboarding
  • Advising on probation reviews, contract changes and promotions
  • Supporting family leave and flexible-working requests
  • Managing leaver processes and exit interviews
  • Partnering with the UK and Ireland People Services team to deliver a seamless employee experience
Performance, talent and culture
  • Supporting performance management and talent reviews
  • Coaching managers to hold effective feedback and development conversations
  • Helping leaders identify talent and develop succession plans
  • Championing wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Supporting engagement surveys and activities
Projects and compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with Irish employment law, relevant UK legislation for Northern Ireland, WRC Codes of Practice and GDPR
  • Reviewing policies and recommending updates in response to legislative changes
  • Supporting culture, systems, policy, leadership development and organisational change projects
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience
What we’re looking for

You’ll be approachable, pragmatic and confident in your judgement, with the ability to balance the needs of our people and the business.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience working within an HR generalist role or in a comparable role
  • Experience managing employee relations cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers
  • Experience within a fast-paced operational environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to engage with stakeholders at every level
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel to Krispy Kreme sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland when required

A CIPD or equivalent HR qualification would be advantageous, along with knowledge of UK & Irish employment law and experience within retail, hospitality, manufacturing or logistics.
