Youwillleadtheend-to-end MGAoperation,balancingunderwritingdisciplinewithambitiousgrowthtargets,whileensuringstronggovernance,regulatorycompliance,andoperationalexcellence. Key Responsibilities Strategy&Leadership Defineandexecutethe MGAsgrowthstrategyacross Motorand Homeinsuranceportfolios Ownfull P&Lresponsibility,including GWPgrowth,profitability,andexpensemanagement Leadanddevelopseniorleadershipacrossunderwriting,distribution,operations,andcompliance Actastheseniorexternalfaceofthebusinesswithinsurers,brokers,regulators,andpartners Growth&Distribution Driveportfoliogrowththroughbroker,intermediary,affinity,anddigitaldistributionchannels Buildandscalestrategicpartnershipsacross Ireland Identifyandlaunchnewproducts,markets,anddistributionopportunities Overseepricing,capacitynegotiations,andinsurerrelationships Underwriting&Operations Ensurestrongunderwritinggovernance,riskmanagement,andportfolioperformance Balancegrowthwithlossratio,retention,andclaimsoutcomes Overseeoperationalscale-up,systems,andprocessefficiency Ensurecompliancewithlocalregulatoryframeworksacross Europeanmarkets Governance&Stakeholder Management Workcloselywiththe Board,investors,andcapacityproviders Ensurerobustreporting,controls,andregulatoryengagement Leadstrategicplanning,businesscases,andinvestmentdecisions Experience Required Provenseniorleadershipexperiencewithina Personal Lines MGAorinsurer Strongtrackrecordofscaling Motorand Homeinsuranceportfoliosin Europe/Ireland Demonstratedsuccessgrowing GWPandprofitabilityincompetitivemarkets Deepunderstandingofunderwriting,pricing,distribution,andinsurercapacitymodels Experienceoperatingacrossmultiple Europeanjurisdictionsstronglypreferred Comfortableinhigh-growth,entrepreneurialorscale-upenvironments Profile Commerciallyastute,growth-orientedleader Crediblewithinsurers,brokers,investors,andregulators Hands-on,decisive,andexecution-focused Strongpeopleleaderwiththeabilitytobuildhigh-performingteams Entrepreneurialmindsetwithdisciplinedriskmanagement Thisrolerequireshandsonexperienceinan MGAfocusedon Personallines(Motor&Home).
