Global Solutions Associate III Hybrid - Dublin, Ireland Contract until March 2027 We're hiring a Global Solutions Associate III to join a high-impact team working at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy. In this role, you'll collaborate with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, shape go-to-market strategy, and influence key business decisions. You'll turn market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and execution plans. What You'll Do Lead alpha/beta programs, launch readiness, and product adoption Shape market and product strategy through insights, trends, and competitive analysis Drive sales prioritisation and execution using structured frameworks (BFM, PRPs, rOPPs) Partner cross-functionally to influence roadmaps, tooling, and product development Manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders What We're Looking For 6+ years in advertising, martech, consulting, or product Experience working with Product/Engineering teams and senior stakeholders Proven track record in strategy development and cross-functional delivery Strong skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, and pipeline strategy A strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset Why Apply?
