Manager, IT Operations - Office Hybrid in Dublin 18, Leopardstown

As an IT Resource Manager in the IT Strategic Vendor Management team at ICON, you will manage all activities related to the engagement, sourcing, and onboarding of IT Contractors into the IT GBS department. The IT Resource Manager will manage the IT Contractor activities from managing the database of contractor details, the sourcing of IT Contractor Statement of Works (SOW) and working with the resource owner to raise the associated PO's in a timely fashion so we always have our contractors engaged on project and operational activities, based in the right locations with the right organisation making sure it is delivering value for ICON.
What You Will Do:You will manage day‑to‑day the sourcing on IT Contractors, sourcing the associated SOW, making sure we have raised the required purchase orders and onboarding process. They will also manage the database of IT Contractors within IT GBS.
Key responsibilities include:You will have solid IT and vendor engagement experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
