Vickerstock in partnership with a leading Food manufacturing company are recruiting for an experienced Production Floor Supervisor The Production Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and hygienic processing of high-quality products in line with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements. The role involves supervising and supporting production staff, maintaining compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety standards, and ensuring that output, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Supervision & Team Management Production Operations Health, Safety & Hygiene Quality & Compliance Communication & Coordination Other Duties Participate in continuous improvement projects as directed by management. Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned to meet business requirements. Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing operational priorities. Knowledge, Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a production supervisory or team leader role, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations. Experience coordinating production teams, managing output, and meeting targets. Proficient in production documentation, reporting systems, and basic computer applications. Experience with manufacturing machinery and process operations. Essential Skills & Ability: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse production team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure. Flexible and adaptable to meet changing production demands. Strong health and safety awareness and commitment to best practices. Fluent English (spoken and written).
