Mechanical Site Foreman Dublin Our client is a leading mechanical and electrical contractor delivering high-quality building services projects across Ireland. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Foreman to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading on-site mechanical installation activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors, you'll coordinate daily site operations, supervise installation teams and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise on-site mechanical installation activities. Plan, coordinate and monitor daily works to ensure programme, quality and productivity targets are achieved. Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and installation schedules. Coordinate site activities with Project Managers, Engineers and other trades. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and site procedures. Carry out quality inspections to ensure workmanship and installation standards are maintained. Supervise site personnel, allocating work and providing day-to-day guidance. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation. Ensure materials, plant and equipment are used efficiently and safely. Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme. About You You will be an experienced Mechanical Site Foreman or Mechanical Supervisor with a proven track record of delivering mechanical building services projects within the construction sector. Essential Experience Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Foreman or similar supervisory role. Valid CSCS card. First Aid certification. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installation and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Experience leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and quality. Flexible approach with the ability to work full-time on site.
