The Role
As a Media Executive, you'll be the operational backbone of campaign delivery, focusing on flawless implementation, trafficking and optimisation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where attention to detail and process excellence are paramount. You'll work with cutting-edge platforms (Campaign 360, Meta Business Manager, YouTube) and take ownership of critical campaign workflows.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Campaign Trafficking & Implementation
Managing ad trafficking through Campaign 360 with meticulous attention to detail
Executing media buying and bookings predominantly across digital, social and radio
Handling spot times for radio campaigns
Maintaining impeccable campaign organisation and elevating operational standards
Paid Social Execution
Owning paid social implementation across Meta and YouTube platforms
Using Business Manager to set up, launch, and manage campaigns
Monitoring performance and making optimisation recommendations
Checking, Optimisation & Ad Serving
Managing ad serving processes to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
Quality-checking campaigns before launch
Optimising live campaigns for performance
Reporting & Analysis
Conducting Post Campaign Analysis (PCA)
Producing performance reports with actionable insights
Supporting planning teams with data and campaign intelligence
About You
We're looking for future media operations specialists who are:

Essential Requirements
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable with digital platforms and learning new systems quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous experience with any ad serving or campaign management platforms
Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
Experience in fast-paced, detail-critical environments
Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ad Certifications
