Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner
Dublin City | Hybrid
If you're a recruiter who cares as much about how people are hired as who is hired, this could be your next move.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner who wants to do more than just fill roles. This is an opportunity to shape how talent is attracted, experienced and welcomed into the business - and to leave a lasting mark on our culture.
You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, helping them think differently about hiring, building stronger pipelines, and creating a recruitment experience that reflects who we are.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their work, influencing stakeholders, and finding creative ways to connect with the right people - even when they're not actively looking.
What your impact will look like
You'll become the go-to partner for recruitment across the business. From the first workforce planning conversation to a new hire's first day, you'll own the journey and make it better at every step.
You'll:
Shape how we attract talent and tell our story in the market
Partner with leaders to understand what "great" looks like in their teams
Find and engage exceptional candidates through smart sourcing and strong relationships
Create a candidate experience that people genuinely talk about
Use data and insight to continuously improve how we hire
But this role goes beyond recruitment. You'll also play a part in building a culture where people feel included, supported and excited to grow.
Who you are
You're someone who:
Knows that great hiring is about people, not just processes
Is confident building relationships and influencing at all levels
Enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
Is comfortable in regulated or corporate environments
Has a strong sense of judgement, curiosity and drive
Brings energy, ideas and a genuine passion for people
Whether you come from in-house, agency or a mix of both, what matters most is your mindset and how you approach your work.
Why join?
You'll be part of a supportive, people-first environment where your ideas are welcomed and your impact is visible. You'll have the freedom to shape how recruitment is done, and the support to grow your career along the way.
Alongside a competitive package, you'll also enjoy:
Hybrid working
Strong benefits and wellbeing supports
Learning and development opportunities
A culture built on trust, respect and collaboration
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited by the idea of building something meaningful and helping shape the future of a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
