Site Manager Location: Mayo Sector: Public Sector / Local Authority Overview We are hiring a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on a Local Authority development in Mayo. The Site Manager will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications Monitor programme and drive progress on site Implement and enforce health and safety policies Conduct site meetings and maintain site records Liaise with engineers, design team, and client representatives Ensure quality control procedures are implemented Requirements Trade or construction-related qualification 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role Experience on public sector or Local Authority projects desirable Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S legislation Excellent organisational and leadership skills Skills: Site Construction Build
