Hearing Aid Dispenser Locations: Dublin & Galway Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Launch Your Career in Hearing Healthcare Our client is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their growing team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in Dublin and Galway. Previous audiology experience preferred but not essential. Conduct hearing assessments in accordance with company procedures and professional standards. Recommend and sell appropriate hearing solutions based on individual client needs. Complete all sales administration and associated documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate audiograms, client records, and diary management systems. Submit all required reports, case notes, and monthly activity reports within agreed timeframes. Provide exceptional after-sales care and ongoing client support. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and service requests. Participate actively in KPI reviews, appraisal meetings, and development plans. Maintain and develop audiometry, sales, and product knowledge through continuous training. Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activity and local opportunities. Use company equipment effectively to deliver excellent client outcomes. Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays, where required. Participate in cross-functional training and undertake additional duties as requested by management. Why Join Our Client?
