Fruition is looking for a full-time highly skilled Barista & Till Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our Fruition team at IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art). With summer approaching, this is an incredible opportunity to work in a beautiful setting with great hours, competitive pay, and an excellent team.

As a barista at Fruition, you wont just be making coffee—youll be crafting experiences. Whether youre working in our mobile unit in the IMMA Courtyard or in our café downstairs, youll be immersed in an atmosphere where art and coffee come together to inspire. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Conduct daily machinery checks, including grinder calibration and espresso machine maintenance
• Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and upkeep of all coffee equipment
• Ensure smooth till operations, handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café or specialty coffee shop
• Barista, coffee, beverage training
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and latte art
• Expertise in various brewing methods (pour-over, Aeropress, cold brew, etc.)
• Experience operating and maintaining professional coffee equipment
• Understanding of daily grinder calibration and machinery maintenance
• Previous experience handling tills and customer transactions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4, Stamp 1G, or EU citizenship)
• Full-time availability
