Purpose of Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our systems are optimised to meet both current and future needs, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Role requirements

• ERP / Salesforce (or similar) Experience: Define, manage and implement solutions, not just using ERPs.
• Project Management: Lead and manage planning the execution and delivery of key systems projects. Relevant project management certification is required.
• Process Mapping: Map and document process flows and requirements across diverse teams, identifying and implementing business efficiencies.
• Report Development: Collaborate with various teams to design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Partner Management: Manage third-party systems configuration and implementation partners, ensuring technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Data Management: Work with complex data sets, ensuring data integrity, security, and accurate reporting. Experience in data transformation is highly desirable.

Desirable

• Experience implementing and managing finance and/or HR systems.
• Experience in the engineering or construction sector, with an understanding of industry-specific systems and processes.
• ISO audits and certification, ensuring the systems and processes are up to ISO standards.
• Knowledge of cyber audits and cybersecurity principles, particularly up to ISO 27001 standards.
• Expertise in small works configuration and implementation.
• System administration experience, including managing user access rights, roles, and configurations.

Other

• Competitive base salary based on experience.
• Dublin based but capacity for hybrid working
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business systems management, process improvement and technology implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: €55,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
