We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with digital transformation strategies. This role will be pivotal in shaping enterprise architecture, working across multiple projects to enhance technology governance, infrastructure, and service delivery.
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will work closely with the Project Management Office, Digital Hub, and key stakeholders to develop and implement cutting-edge IT solutions. You will provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices and adherence to architectural frameworks.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Senior Solution Architect would be:
- Translate business needs into enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Provide strategic technical guidance and architectural oversight.
- Design and implement large-scale on-premise and cloud/hybrid cloud business applications.
- Ensure projects align with enterprise architecture strategies and deliver business value.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define technical requirements and work priorities.
- Produce detailed design documentation for waterfall and agile projects.
- Lead the integration of applications, infrastructure, data, and security architecture.
- Identify risks and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (performance, availability, scalability, etc.).
- Oversee governance, vendor management, and compliance with technical policies.
- Collaborate with project teams, ensuring successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in solution architecture, including on-premise and cloud/hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven expertise across Application, Integration, Infrastructure, Data, and Security architecture.
- Strong experience in producing detailed design documentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of RedHat OpenShift, 3Scale, SSO/Keycloak, OIDC, Identity Management, LDAP & Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MariaDB/Galera, and relational database technologies.
- Experience with Web UI technologies and cross-datacentre deployment patterns.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
