Job Title: Baggage Handling Agent - Ramp Department

Job Type: Part-time (30 Hours per week) contracts available.

Salary: €15.00 per hour (All Inclusive)

We are seeking individuals with a passion for aviation and a commitment to delivering excellent service. As an Aircraft Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft services, including baggage handling and loading/unloading procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Full Clean Driving Licence, Category B.
• Minimum age requirement 18 years.
• Pass a 5-year security background check and Garda Vetting process.
• Eligible to live and work in the E.U.
• Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
• Willingness to work a variety of shift duties in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.
• Adherence to SHP grooming & uniform standards.

Main Tasks:

• Collaborate with the Head Loader and assigned crew to ensure on-time departure and compliance with airline procedures.
• Perform duties in accordance with comprehensive training, safety, and security protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery of baggage to assigned flights.
• Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft holds as per instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment and report faults to the Head Loader.
• Inform the Head Loader of any issues encountered during flights.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Ability to perform repetitive Manual Handling duties.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts and maintain composure under pressure.
• Team player with excellent punctuality and attendance.

Contract:

• Permanent role with a 6-month probation period.
• Full-time hours available 30 hours per week.
