Description We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist in the marketing activities of the company with a focus on generating sales leads and Digital Marketing to build brand awareness. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company website and Linked In ensuring content is updated regularly with blogs, news and relevant articles.
  • Manage the companys email marketing platform - including email creation for marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, tracking and reporting.
  • Review & optimize company website to drive SEO improvements.
  • Ensure Marketing Systems are kept updated with contact names, email addresses and relevant marketing data e.g. size of firm.
  • Assist with the drafting of Newsletters and IT Bulletins (both in digital and print format).
  • Review and Maintain Prospect & Client data for accuracy, segmentation and email/postal lists.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in New Business Development activities.
  • Collate information on sales leads for account managers, track and analyse sales enquiries.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of both direct and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Inform clients of key events/seminars, track and confirm attendances.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • A qualification in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing. (Desirable)
  • A minimum of 3 years Marketing experience in a B2B IT marketing environment.
  • Good copywriting skills for both print and digital campaigns.
  • Previous SEO experience.
  • A good working knowledge of digital marketing platforms e.g. LinkedIn.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good telephone manner and good communication skills.
  • A clean driving licence.
