Sherry FitzGerald Lettings based in Rathfarnham is a busy residential property management office looking after landlords and tenants all over Dublin.
We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator for a full time post to be based in our Rathfarnham, Dublin office.
Candidates need to be:
· At least 3 years relevant work experience in Customer Services in the residential lettings industry. THIS IS ESSENTIAL. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE THIS AS WE WONT RESPOND TO YOUR APPLICATION
· Ability to project manage and co-ordinate landlords and tenants issues in relation to maintenance of rented properties
· Have a structured systematic approach to prioritizing daily work activities
· Ability to be organized in managing and multi tasking for landlord and tenants appointments with contractors to get properties ready for lettings
· A team player, yet able to work on their own initiative in a fast moving daily environment
· Computer literate
· · Confident and capable engaging in phone communications
· Can demonstrate problem solving skills
