The Role: We seek a Key Account Manager (Wholesale) to join our off-trade sales team wholesale in Ireland. The successful candidate will collaborate with a National Account Manager (Wholesale) to expand and enhance AB-InBev Irelands premium and super-premium brand presence. This role involves regularly engaging with key senior stakeholders in our customers teams to drive portfolio performance through brand activation, data analysis, category insights, problem-solving, and commercial proposals. Additionally, the candidate must build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, embodying the AB-InBev Ireland culture and acting as an ambassador for our brand. Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop a strong network of relationships with key customers.
- Lead negotiations on JBPs, PINC, Trade, and Space Planning.
- Leverage a virtual team of internal stakeholders across Category, Supply, Trade Marketing, and Online.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for cross-functional customer team members.
- Collaborate with merchandisers and sales representatives.
- Deliver key commercial metrics on customer ledgers, including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA.
- Manage ledger investments to maximize savings and ROI.
- Support customers in achieving full ledger commercial targets.
- Conduct routine commercial calls, including Margin Tracking, Budgeting, Investment Monitoring, Commercial Modeling, CPT (Commercial Planning Tool), and LE (Latest Estimate).
- Experience in developing strong internal and external networks, with a proven track record of commercial delivery
- Account Management experience, particularly in the beer/alcohol industry, is advantageous
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in translating data and analytics into compelling narratives
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Experience in developing strong internal and external networks, with a proven track record of commercial delivery
- Account Management experience, particularly in the beer/alcohol industry, is advantageous
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in translating data and analytics into compelling narratives
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve results
