- Sales Execution: You will collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end, to identify customer business needs regarding generative AI and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: You will deepen and broaden Microsofts relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work (especially M365 Copilot) opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers business and technological priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes, and articulating the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- Scaling and Collaboration: You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Technical Expertise: You will initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert to make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
- Sales Excellence: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.
- Technology-related sales or account management experience

- OR Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND demonstrated years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Solution sales or consulting services sales experience or selling cloud services to large/global customers
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in driving end-to-end sales with enterprise customers, leveraging all sales programs available to you
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape
- Strong interest for AI solutions and good understanding of the value of M365 Copilot
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment
