ABOUT THE POSITION

Black Shamrock is seeking an Insourcing Manager to organize internal communication on projects. This is a full-time position based in our Dublin office which involves working in an international environment.

As a part of the Production team, you will coordinate internal communication between Virtuos development teams involved on the project, at the crossroad between production and content management.

• Monitor, respond to and engage with points of contact in other Virtuos studios.

• Act as a “front desk”, centralizing content requests from the various project stakeholders.

• Ensure content requests follow a unified brief format that includes the necessary information, guidelines, and use context.

• Work closely with the Directors, Leads and Producers to assess priorities and keep these in sync with the fast-changing pace of the project.

• Keep track of content deliveries and make sure these comply with the project submission guidelines (file system architecture, naming conventions, etc.).

• Set up tools and processes to ensure art submissions dont endanger build performance and stability.

• Great communication and organizational skills, especially when dealing with complex technical elements (E.g: Asset creation and integration pipelines).

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or outsourcing in a technical industry.

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Capacity to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• An educational background in Visual Arts or Project Management.

• Prior experience in the Video Games Industry.

Previous experience working with North-American and/or Asian based companies.
