As an Network Contractor, you will develop communication materials for internal and external audiences. Working alongside the various teams youll get the opportunity to support with the marketing requirements, contracting efforts and various projects. This individual will provide subject matter expertise and support to the Network Account Management Team and Network Contracting team. Success in this position requires flexibility to changing priorities, innovation, enthsm, as well as accurate and prompt decision making within a fast-paced environment. Primary Roles and Responsibilities of a Network Contractor role:

• Monthly Internal Lawlor Newsletter:
  • Collaborate with people management to gather content for the monthly internal newsletter.
  • Include team highlights, employee recognition, department changes, fun news, industry news, and lunch and learn schedules.
  • Ensure the newsletter is engaging and informative for all employees.
• External Pharmacy Network Newsletter:
  • Work with different teams within the pharmacy network contracting and product innovation organization to collect relevant information about new and existing products/services.
  • Collaborate with WF teams to develop, review, and build the newsletter.
  • Coordinate with data teams to pull accurate pharmacy information and analyze post-send metrics.
• Senior Leadership Message Development:
  • Create and develop key messages for senior leaders throughout the year.
  • Include messages for key holidays, EXI results, start of year, end of year, etc.
  • Work with leadership on reviews and approvals.
• Network Account Management (NAM) Team Support:
  • Provide support to the NAM team as needed, including project management, creating trackers, and developing processes.
  • Support RNA, internal and external NAM, and offer overall assistance to the team.
• Network Consulting PPF Process Support:
  • Support the Network Consulting team in the PPF proposal process.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs.
• Overall Team Marketing Resource:
  • Provide marketing support and insight to various teams within the pharmacy network contracting and product innovation organization.
  • Support the product innovation team with the creation of marketing materials, including design and copywriting.
• Provider Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the provider marketing team to support and enhance communications.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and materials for providers.
• Pharmacy Network Landing Page:
  • Represent the pharmacy network contracting and product innovation organization in collaborating with client and member teams to create a pharmacy network relations landing page.
  • Work with multiple departments, including marketing and technical teams, as well as key stakeholders, to develop and maintain the landing page

Required Qualifications of a Network Contractor role:

• Bachelors degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience
• Very good PowerPoint skills
• Prior experience ideally working in marketing roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
