Clare Distribution Services was founded in 1997 and specialises in the distribution of temperature-controlled products delivering nationwide.

The chosen candidate will get to work with an award-winning Transport Company with an excellent reputation in the industry. CDS is an FTA, ISO and BRC accredited Company along with holding awards such as Employer of the Year and Transport Company of the Year in the Irish Logistics and Transport Awards.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Planning Administrator to join our Dublin Team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate would be based in our office in Baldonnell, Dublin 22.

Hours of Work

·Full time

·10:00am - 7:00pm

· 5 over 6 - Monday - Saturday

The Role

- Dealing with internal customer complaints

- Liaising with our external customer ensuring that any complaints or issues are resolved effectively

- Processing and Managing drivers annual leave requests

- Using our internal transport systems to investigate complaint information provided by both internal and external customers

What we are looking for:

- Strong administration experience

- Previous call centre or customer service experience would be advantageous

- A knowledge of Transport and HR systems would be a distinct advantage

- Good understanding of holiday management

- Excellent organisation and planning skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Advances English level, both written and spoken

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
