About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Custody Limited (CCL) provides depositary services to CFS clients with over $200bn in net assets. Operating in strategic global centers CFS provides clients with access to best of breed process and technology of which CCL plays an important role.

As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across depositary services.

Your Role:

• • You will establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the CCL fulfils its depositary obligations.
• • You will ensure adherence to all policies & procedures.
• • You will review and sign-off on all Depositary Administrator work including cash flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets and investment compliance reviews.
• • You will perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
• • You will liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
• • You will work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues, building client relationships.
• • You will provide weekly departmental reporting to management, as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly board reports.
• • You will assist with compilation of material for SOC testing, on-site reviews and annual audit.
• • You will assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
• • You will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• • You will provide assistance during on-site inspections.

About You:

• • You have a third level business/finance/ law qualification and a minimum of 3-5 years depositary services experience within the funds industry.
• • You are able to display knowledge of hedge funds.
• • You have previous experience supervising a team.
• • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
