Your RoleAs an Accommodation Assistant, youll be part of a close-knit team responsible for the presentation and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas. Youll take pride in high standards, work efficiently, and help us maintain the kind of guest experience that sets us apart.
What Youll Do
- Prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and health and safety protocols.
- Ensure all linen and amenities are replaced, replenished, and neatly arranged.
- Report maintenance issues or missing items promptly.
- Support public area cleaning and back-of-house hygiene.
- Collaborate with the accommodation and front desk teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude with guests and colleagues.
- Uphold brand standards and take ownership of your assigned areas.
What You Bring
- Previous housekeeping or accommodation experience (preferred, but not essential).
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management and the ability to work independently.
- Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends
