Shopping Account Optimizer (English & German)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in-office)

Contract Duration: 30th May 2025 - 29th May 2026 (via Coyle Consulting)

Compensation: €27.88 per hour (~€57,990.40 per annum)

Languages Required: German and English

Our client, a Tech MNC located in the Docklands, is looking for a Shopping Account Optimizer to support a portfolio of mid-market retail advertisers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of digital commerce, advising merchants on how to maximize performance through Shopping Ads.

As the single point of contact for your clients, you’ll provide strategic guidance, optimization tips, and help merchants grow their ROI. Your deep understanding of Shopping Ads will allow you to translate data into actionable insights and elevate the client experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a portfolio of merchants and provide expert guidance on Shopping Ads strategy
• Deliver consistent service levels and help clients achieve performance goals
• Analyze campaign and product feed data to identify opportunities and deliver insights
• Track and report performance KPIs weekly (meetings held, client engagement, growth indicators)
• Champion the value of Shopping Ads and build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Shopping Ads
• Strong data skills (e.g. Google Sheets), analytical mindset
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and presentation abilities
• Fluent in French and English

Nice to have:

• Deep knowledge of Shopping Ads formats, optimization best practices, and campaign structures
• Experience in fast-paced or resource-constrained environments
• Stakeholder management with a consultative, influence-driven approach
