About the Role
As an Admissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our prospective students throughout their application journey. You will be the first point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the process and ensuring they have a positive experience from enquiry to enrolment.
What Youll Do:
- Assess and Process Applications: Evaluate and manage applications in line with BIMMs policies and procedures.
- Coordinate Admissions Assessments: Organise and oversee admissions assessments such as auditions and interviews.
- Applicant Communication: Maintain regular contact with applicants, providing clear and accurate information at each stage of the application process.
- Query Response: Address prospective applicant queries both before and after application submission.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of applicant information in the appropriate database.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness in all interactions.
- Team Support: Assist the wider Admissions team with open days, assessment days, and student enrolment activities.
- Campus Support: Aid campuses during induction and enrolment weeks.
