Carstock is expanding and were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our growing sales team. Based in our trader stockyard, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in car sales or business-to-business sales to thrive in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment.

With a strong and growing fleet of ex-fleet and ex-showroom vehicles, were ready to scale - and we want you on board.

Your Role:

As part of our expanding team, youll be at the forefront of our trade sales operation - reaching out to car dealerships, understanding their needs, and helping them access the best used vehicles on the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Proactively engage with car dealerships and trade customers to promote our high-quality stock.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Match Needs to Stock: Understand what your clients want and deliver the vehicles that meet their needs.
  • Exceed Sales Goals: Set ambitious targets and consistently aim to exceed them.
  • Stay Organised: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity.
What You Bring:
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a friendly phone manner.
  • Solid communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of the motor industry is a bonus - but not essential.
