Communications Specialist

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Communications Specialist to join a growing team working on a hybrid model. The Communications Specialist will lead internal and external communications for the Supply Chain division. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone proactive, creative, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead communications for a large-scale distribution centre project, partnering with HR and Operations.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
• Write content for internal updates, newsletters, blogs, and social media.
• Improve cross-team communication and build understanding of the Supply Chain function.
• Manage the division’s social media and align with company-wide marketing efforts.
• Track campaign performance and optimise using analytics.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar.
• Proven writing and editing skills.
• Experience in internal/external communications and content creation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CMS, social media, and analytics tools.
• Energetic, adaptable, and collaborative.
