Collaboration is key, and as an Account Management Partner, youll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, youll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.

Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but youll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, youll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L with Banking industry expertise
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or Master’s degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
