Job description:

Eligibility to Work in Ireland:Local resident or hold an EU passport, granting the right to work full-time in Ireland.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a receptionist role in dental clinics.

Irish Medical Card System:Thorough understanding of the Irish Medical Card system and the associated forms and procedures.

Full-Time Availability:Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, with scheduling dependent on the operational needs of the clinic.

Staff Management & Leadership:Experience in supervising, training, and motivating a team (receptionists, dental nurses, potentially administrative staff).

Financial Management:Experience with basic bookkeeping, processing payments, and managing daily financial transactions.

Clinic Operations & Efficiency:Ability to streamline patient flow and manage appointment scheduling effectively.

Patient Relationship Management & Communication:Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally.

IT & Systems Proficiency:Strong computer skills, including proficiency in practice management software.

Understanding of Patient Confidentiality (GDPR):Strict adherence to data protection regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations in Ireland:Awareness of relevant health and safety legislation applicable to dental practices.

Drivers License:Holding a valid drivers license is considered an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From €37,000.00 per year
