Experienced full time Bar Person

We are currently seeking an experienced Bar person for our Bar and Bistro.

The successful applicant Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience in a busy hotel property and be available to work on a full time basis from April.

• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests to provide an excellent customer experience.
• To have excellent attention to detail with a high level of knowledge of Beverage service, inline with current trends.
• To be able to work well under pressure and adapt to different types of guests and events
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, days, evening and late finishes)
• Cocktail making experience is an advantage
• Will include barista duties and food service as required
• Ensure that the bar areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and check the floor to ensure efficient and personalised service.

As this is a full time position applicants must be available on a full time basis 5 days over 7. We are not in a position to assist with work permits or visa. Only those who can fulfil the above criteria will be considered.
