Food and Beverage Manager

Reporting to: Group Operations Manager

Location: West Dublin Area

Salary: €45,000–€50,000 (DOE) per annum + Annual Bonus Potential

Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (weekend availability required)

A well-established hospitality venue in West Dublin is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dining venue known for its high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest service
• Manage team performance, scheduling, training, and staff development
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitor budgets, staffing costs, and overall financial performance
• Drive revenue through upselling strategies and operational efficiency
• Prepare and present weekly performance and revenue reports
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
• Identify and implement improvements across service and operations

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management or senior supervisory role
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP regulations
• Budget and stock management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have own transport
